Comment

We are aware that there is currently as issue with absence recording on My View and we are working with our system provider to resolve this issue.
 
The issue specifically relates to the View Team Calendar task. When a user clicks on the task they will see a ‘Session End’ notification and they will then be logged out of the system. We are also receiving reports that the system is unstable for some staff who have delegated responsibilities for recording/authorising sick leave or annual leave.

Planned Works/Scheduled Downtime

The My View system will be unavailable from 8:30am to 5pm on Wednesday 4th July whilst an upgrade is carried out on the system.

If you are likely to need to access any of your payslips, update any of your details or book or authorise annual leave during this period please do so prior to 4th July, otherwise this will need to wait until the system can be used again.

If you need to log a sickness absence for someone who reports as absent on 4th July or make any other amendments or authorisations to any existing sickness absences, again, please do this once the system is available for use.  

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this downtime will cause. If we experience any unforeseen issues and the system is likely to be unavailable for a longer period, a further message will be sent out.
