Check the current status of IT services

Before reporting a fault in a service please check this page first as we may already be aware of the problem.
Where unexpected faults arise, the status light is changed to show that IT Services are aware of the problem and are working to fix it (Key Below).

Service Description
Planned Works/Scheduled Downtime
Includes Subject Guides, OneSearch, Library Catalogue, Aspire, online databases, journals and books
On the 19th of June the Library Management System will be undergoing essential migration work and as such the following services will be unavailable between 08:00 and 17:00.
•             Self-service machines (both book and laptops)
•             The ability to renew books, place reservations and inter-library loan requests via the library catalogue
•             The display of item availability via the library catalogue, Aspire or OneSearch
•             The ability to pay fines via the catalogue/unicard web centre or in person at a library.
