Using other libraries (SCONUL)

SCONUL Access

 

SCONUL is a reciprocal scheme which allows the following groups of people to borrow material from most other university libraries in the UK and Ireland:
 
  • staff members/researchers
  • full time postgraduate students
  • part time, distance and placement students.
     

Full time undergraduate students are entitled to reference access only.

University of Sussex Library

 

You can use the University of Sussex Library for reference purposes on production of your UniCard. Please check their opening hours before visiting http://www.sussex.ac.uk/library/info/hours   


SABRE - Sussex & Brighton Research Explorer


SABRE integrates the catalogues of University of Brighton, University of Sussex and Brighton & Sussex NHS, allowing students and staff to search for materials from a single interface. 


 

Brighton & Sussex University Hospitals NHS Trust Libraries

 

The following may be eligible to join the Brighton & Sussex University Hospitals NHS Trust Libraries:

  • staff/students on placement in the NHS
  • University of Brighton staff/students working on an NHS project
  • members of the Brighton & Sussex Medical School.
