Email blitz!
This session is a workout for your Outlook inbox. With the help of our tutors you will make a start on clearing out your own inbox during the session, picking up some techniques for managing your email effectively as you go. A must for anyone who has resolved to beat the inbox bulge.
Would benefit: all staff using Outlook.
Prerequisites: You should be comfortable using Outlook for sending and receiving emails

Using Outlook Calendars Effectively (Windows PC)
This workshop takes you through using your Outlook calendar effectively. We look at managing your own time with the calendar, and how to access it on your mobile device, as well as using Outlook to find the best date for meetings with your colleagues. We will also look at how to organise an online meeting using Lync (Skype for Business).
Would benefit: all staff wanting to use the Outlook calendar more effectively.
Prerequisites: You should be comfortable using Outlook for sending and receiving emails on a Windows PC.
